Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Finally. It feels like the HP series is getting good once it steps away from all the kiddy stuff and treads into darker territory. Also the movie is the best one out of the first three I’ve seen so far.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Another meh read. I hear this book is one of the least liked books of the series so I’m hoping things get better.

Also, my crotch.

Lots of books

18 02 2016

Apparently I’ve been reading a lot these past few weeks so I thought I’d try to put them all in one photo.

Here are some mini-reviews of all the books:

Let’s Pretend This Never Happened by Jenny Lawson: hilarious and absurd and hilarious.

Up and Down by Oliver Jeffers: the illustrations are gorgeous. The story is just alright.

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone: Yes, this is actually the first time I read any Harry Potter book. Predictable but I can definitely see the appeal of the series.

The Hardest Thing by James Lear: nothing like erotica after reading Harry Potter. Also, it turns out the hardest thing isn’t a giant boner after all.

Adrian and the Tree of Secrets by Hubert: you’re better off reading some David Levithan instead. Or if you really want, just watch any gay-themed feature film from 10-15 years ago and it’s pretty much the same story. At least it only took me a day to read.

Well that was fun.
