First off, thanks to Adam and Kev for nominating me for this award. I don’t really follow any blogs since I vainly use wordpress to blog about my own shit and ignore others, but I will see if I can throw in a nomination or two around. In the meantime, here are the questions Adam posed:
1. If you could have any superpower what would it be?
The ability to time travel!
2. If you could kiss/make out with one celebrity, who would it be?
At first, I thought of Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Then James Franco. But he would probably want to make out anyway, so I thought I should choose to make out with someone who probably wouldn’t make out with me… and I chose Jean Dujardin. God, that man makes my balls ache.
3. What song should be your life’s anthem?
Claire de Lune, by Claude Debussy.
4. What is the best gift you ever received?
My friends Chelsea and Dan got me an expensive studio microphone back when I was serious about becoming a musician. Really made me feel like someone took me seriously and supported me when my parents didn’t.
5. What is your dream job?
Something related to either music, film, or writing. Maybe a mix of all three. Right now, it’d be nice to work as a writer of some sort — writing books or on my TV pilot.
6. What do you miss the most about being a kid?
How wise I used to be.
7. What is the last movie or TV show that made you cry?
Saw Her the other day and cried in a couple scenes.
8. What was an experience that made you a stronger person?
Yelling back at my parents for the first time instead of taking and internalizing it.
9. What is a pet peeve that you can not stand?
Only one? Right now, when people don’t know how to get off the bus so they push on the door so hard, it rings the alarm, which they seem to ignore. People are such dumbasses.
10. What is your favorite day of the year and why?
I don’t really have a favourite day. Maybe sometime in the winter.
