Good news!

An email I received yesterday:

Dear Aaron  

Your story “Astronaut: Calling Out After Coming Out  ” has made it to the final selection round for Chicken Soup for the Soul: Tough Times for Teenagers. Only a small percent of the submitted stories have made it this far. The vast majority of stories in this “last round” will appear in the book, but we do not make the final decisions until about a month before the publication date.

Yaaaaay!  I was super stoked about writing and submitting this story although now, I’m contemplating whether or not I should sell my story to them or to send it somewhere else.  I think I need some advice.
